Brett is a B Com graduate from the University of South Africa majoring in HR and Industrial Relations. Since 2000 he has fulfilled the role of managing member of Northern Natal Bronze and Hattingspruit Engineering. His portfolio was primarily HR and Financial Director. Both companies have a staff compliment of 150 employees. Over the last 15 years he has created a stable and happy workforce through sound HR Practices.

 

Brett has always had good ongoing working relationships with his employees, Unions and the Department of Labour. His experience and knowledge enables him to extend and share these services to the foundry industry, agriculture, building and construction and general consumer industries in terms of HR and IR Management, partnering with companies to assist them successfully in a labour intensive industry and where labour and employees are key to your success.

 

Brett has a philosphy of discipline which is firm fair and consistent. This structure is the key to successful Labour Relations and Employee Management.
